Mayor William “Rusty” Bailey came to California Baptist University to meet students and discuss various initiatives and promote the College Council of Riverside Wednesday. The Streetcar Initiative is a project in the planning stages that will allow transportation between downtown Riverside, colleges and universities, shopping centers and other points of interest.
